Referral Program Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the referral bonus, new employees and dental offices must sign up using a referral link and must not already be in the Kwikly system. Referral bonuses will be awarded once the following conditions are met:

For Dental Professionals:

• The referred dental professional (hygienist, assistant, or front desk) must complete the hiring process and work at least two shifts, equaling a total of 16 hours or more with Kwikly Dental Staffing.
• A reward will be earned for each successful referral, based on the following criteria:
  • Dental Hygienist: Earn up to $100 for each successful referral (up to $250 in MN or WI).
  • Dental Assistant: Earn up to $100 for each successful referral.
  The reward amount depends on the position and location of the referred professional.

For Dental Offices:

• A referred dental office must post and fill at least two shifts, equaling a total of 16 hours or more with Kwikly Dental Staffing.
• The person who refers the new dental office will earn up to $250 once the referred office has filled two qualifying shifts.

Additional Terms:

• Referral bonuses cannot be combined with other incentives or new-member promotions.
• Kwikly reserves the right to modify or cancel this referral program at any time without prior notice.
• To earn the referral reward, shift requirements listed above must be fulfilled within 180 days from date of professional/office approval.
