Kwikly Service Fee
- Hygienist - 15% service fee per shift + W-2 Employment Costs
- Assistant - $60 service fee per shift + W-2 Employment Costs
- Front Desk (Where Applicable) - $60 service fee per shift + W-2 Employment Costs
Dental offices set the professional’s hourly rate and are responsible for W-2 Employment Costs

Permanent Hiring
You may hire a Kwikly professional for a permanent role in your practice for the listed fee:
- Dental Hygienist: $2,500
- Dental Assistant & Front Desk: $1,000
